Vanilla Cupcakes
Preheat oven to 170 degrees centigrade
120g plain flour
140g caster sugar
1.5 teaspoon of baking powder
a pinch of salt
40g of unsalted butter
120ml of milk
1 egg
1/4 of vanilla extract
Vanilla frosting
250g icing sugar
80g of unsalted butter
25ml of milk
a couple of drops of vanilla extract
Cook for about 20-25 mins
